Systems Engineer
Candidate MUST possess a TS / SCI clearance with Intel Polygraph
HOW THE UX SYSTEMS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Applies knowledge and provides guidance to all phases of the software to business development process.
Applies knowledge in analyzing user / business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs
Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects and highlights areas of technical improvement
Identifies, explains, and recommends UX design strategies to bridge developer and business teams.
WHAT YOU LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Education : BA / BS (or equivalent experience)
Required Experience : 6+ years of relevant experience
Security Clearance Level : TS / SCI w / Polygraph
Required Technical Skills : Experience with UX design thinking and usability; Experience with Angular, Java, JIRA, and Agile frameworks;
Experience with AWS Cloud services; Understanding of UX design lifecycle.
- Required Skills and Abilities : Consult with clients to understand their goals and explain research results; Analyze usage metrics and feedback for trends, patterns, issues, and opportunities for UX enhancement;
- Experience with the full lifecycle of responsive design : content-first design, logic flows, storyboards, personas, wireframes, low fidelity mock-ups, sitemaps, information architecture and system specifications, to provide end-to-end dynamic design flows;
Ability to communicate mission needs between design and development teams.
Preferred Skills : Excellent written communication and presentation skills; Team focused and self-motivated; willing to develop and implement solutions in a dispersed team environment.

MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph
