WHAT YOU'LL DO.

• Partner with cross functional teams - including site merchandising, user experience, UI design and engineering partners - to champion the needs of customers with a focus on both customer and business value as it relates to the internal site search experience
• Collaboratively build the Internal Site Search delivery roadmap with a dedicated focus on bringing features to life for our customers that drive higher engagement with and conversion through the search experience
• Engage business stakeholders throughout the execution of a project, ensuring that what is delivered meets the business’s goals and objectives
• Analyze market research, user feedback, data, and competitive landscape to identify new on site search opportunities and enhancements
• Develop and prioritize features based on customer and business value and understand the art of sequencing their delivery within an agile framework
• Synthesize business requirements, identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, and gather buy-in from relevant stakeholders
• Define metrics of success and analyze results

WHAT YOU’LL NEED.

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience building world class search experiences
• You have the ability to present to diverse audiences commanding both subject matter and technical expertise
• Ability to not just develop and communicate a vision, but to inspire others to buy in and participate at a high level
• Imagination and courage to think outside the box, but the self awareness and urgency to focus on value
• Interest in becoming an expert in the digital technology space by staying ahead of the industry and driving tangible results
• Ability to blend strong business acumen, technical problem solving and agile execution

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years related experience in digital / ecommerce
• 2+ years related experience in Product Management, particularly in the on site search space
• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
• Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Experience with agile development
• Data driven mindset and track record
• BONUS : Experience working with Constructor.io and other search solutions

PAY / BENEFITS INFORMATION :

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
