WHAT YOU'LL DO.
- Partner with cross functional teams - including site merchandising, user experience, UI design and engineering partners - to champion the needs of customers with a focus on both customer and business value as it relates to the internal site search experience
- Collaboratively build the Internal Site Search delivery roadmap with a dedicated focus on bringing features to life for our customers that drive higher engagement with and conversion through the search experience
- Engage business stakeholders throughout the execution of a project, ensuring that what is delivered meets the business’s goals and objectives
- Analyze market research, user feedback, data, and competitive landscape to identify new on site search opportunities and enhancements
- Develop and prioritize features based on customer and business value and understand the art of sequencing their delivery within an agile framework
- Synthesize business requirements, identify areas of uncertainty, recommend solutions, and gather buy-in from relevant stakeholders
- Define metrics of success and analyze results

WHAT YOU’LL NEED.
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience building world class search experiences
- You have the ability to present to diverse audiences commanding both subject matter and technical expertise
- Ability to not just develop and communicate a vision, but to inspire others to buy in and participate at a high level
- Imagination and courage to think outside the box, but the self awareness and urgency to focus on value
- Interest in becoming an expert in the digital technology space by staying ahead of the industry and driving tangible results
- Ability to blend strong business acumen, technical problem solving and agile execution
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years related experience in digital / ecommerce
- 2+ years related experience in Product Management, particularly in the on site search space
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Experience with agile development
- Data driven mindset and track record
- BONUS : Experience working with Constructor.io and other search solutions
PAY / BENEFITS INFORMATION :
- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
