As an Accounting Assistant, you will keep financial records updated, prepare reports, and reconcile bank statements for our client.

Accounting Assistant responsibilities also include :

• Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Generating and processing invoices for clients or customers
• Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies
• Verifying and reconciling vendor invoices with purchase orders
