Steel Detailer

Selectek is looking for a Steel Detailer in the Winston-Salem / Greensboro, NC area.

Job Duties :

Miscellaneous steel detailing for stairs, rails, and ladders

The role involves creating shop drawings, steel detailing, interpreting architectural drawings, and designing steel structures.

Working in the Tekla 3D modeling software exclusively and interacting with project managers, as necessary, and being able to interpret and incorporate any field dimensions

Required :

Experience detailing stairs and handrails in Tekla

Ability to report to work daily in Winston-Salem, NC office

Job order details :

The Detailer will be creating shop drawings, doing steel detailing, interpreting architectural drawings, and designing steel structure using Tekla 3D modeling software exclusively.

Sponsorship : No

Salary range : $50,000+ (depending on years of experience and education)

Term of assignment : Direct hire

Pay method when direct : Hourly + OT

Location of job : Winston-Salem, NC 27107; This is an in-house detailer, so remote work is not available at this time for this position.

Hours and shift : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Work from home / remote : No

Overtime expected : Yes, up to 5 hours usually or as needed

Travel : No

Work attire : Business casual Monday through Thursday; Jeans on Friday
