Akkodis is seeking an Accounting Professional - Billing Clerk III for a 1+ year contract position with client located in Baltimore, Maryland .
Pay Range : $18- $19 / hr. on W2.
Responsibilities :
- Enter invoices into the Deltek Costpoint financial platform keying the invoices, coding them to correct individual projects and accounts, confirming the corresponding Purchase Order / Contract has sufficient available balance, and communication to Project Managers should a Change Order be required in order to process.
- Investigate, remedy, and respond to A / P-related inquiries from vendors as well as internal Project Managers
- Track, report, and remedy unenterable invoices (i.e. invoices received without proper contract documentation set up in the Financial System)
- Coordinate with Contract Management on remediation of unenterable invoices.
