Responsibilities
- Stock and organize snacks and beverages in the designated areas
- Clean and maintain coffee and drink stations on a daily basis
- Clean and monitor refrigerators on a daily basis
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reordering
- Receive and organize deliveries of office supplies and snacks
- Keep the workplace clean and organized
- Maintain inventory levels of office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Assist in other tasks as assigned by Workplace Management
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications :
- Knowledge of inventory management processes
- Willingness to support the Workplace Experience team during after hour company events
