About Us :
We are a rapidly expanding network of high-value dealers, proudly affiliated with major OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers)mitted to setting the industry standard for excellence, we offer a diverse range of OEM-certified parts and accessories to our valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Overseeing the accurate receipt and storage of parts, minimizing obsolescence and ensuring compliance with OEM standards.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, both internal and external, optimizing resource utilization and expenses.
- Ordering non-stocked parts from the factory, other dealerships, and reputable parts suppliers as required.
- Managing all necessary paperwork and documentation, ensuring compliance with reporting and record-keeping standards.
- Motivating and developing staff through coaching, mentoring, and training.
Qualifications :
- Experience : A minimum of 5 years in parts management, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills : Proficient in inventory control, pricing strategies, and comprehensive parts management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, essential for maintaining productive vendor and customer relationships.
- Technical : Proficiency in computer processing, including spreadsheet and database tools.
