Job description :
- Strong experience with desktop / laptop repair is needed.
- Installs and maintains PCs and associated software.
- Performs installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
- Provides software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, and laptops.
- Experience with Windows 10 / 11 and Mac OSx 12.6 or later is a requirement.
- Laptop / Desktop server experience.
- Ensures client-specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
