We seek a Mental Health & Substance Abuse Clinician to join our team in Durham, NC .

Compensation :

The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance.

Pay is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience, licensure / certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements :

  • Obtains an LCMHC or LCSW and LCAS for independent practice in North Carolina
  • Can commute to the location in person
  • At least one year of experience providing individual direct therapy in a clinical outpatient setting
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screening upon hire

Beneficial Skills & Experience :

  • Must be comfortable using computers - excel, outlook, Athena RMS
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and groups
