Floor Manager

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and upholding our high standards of service.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed guest expectations
- Hire, train, and schedule team members, providing ongoing coaching and development to foster a positive work environment
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to control costs and maintain quality
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize profitability
- Uphold Mr. Purple's brand image and reputation through consistent delivery of exceptional experiences
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building, coaching, and motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and vendors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and delivering results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
