Warehouse Facilities Manager

We're looking for a leader to oversee our client's warehousing and distribution operations as they double their business projected to be $20MM by 2025!

It's wholesale and e-commerce sporting goods equipment business.

You will be responsibility for a team of 7, which handles shipping, receiving, packaging, an in house print shop operation and occupational safety within the Lynn, Massachusetts facility

• Maintains and develops a highly effective organization able to service all channels and divisions and spans multiple locations, business units and functions.
• Establishes and meets all financial and budgetary objectives while servicing customers at established service levels agreements.
• Works with sales / customer service teams to ensure clear, measurable, and high-quality service level agreements for all outbound orders.
• Ensures that the proper management oversight, expectations, and methods for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment within all operations.
• Oversees and manages relationship with vendor and coordinates operations to meet customer demands and requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring contract requirements are fully met for key accounts.
• Ensures clear and measurable KPIs are in place for all operations. Manages in a fact-based manner and ensures effective measurements are in place across the distribution network.
• Ability to prioritize work flows to ensure monthly financial budgets are fully supported by the timely shipping of highest priority orders.
• Participates in weekly leadership meetings and capable of influencing the agenda to ensure key concerns are addressed.
• Responsible for the daily opening / closing of the facility, expected to be on premise between 8AM 5PM.
