North American Pricing Leader
We are seeking a dynamic leader to advance North American Pricing Capabilities and help shape the future of data-driven merchandising at Circle K.
In this role, you will design and implement pricing processes, embed pricing into broader revenue management strategies, and align stakeholders across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver pricing initiatives that drive measurable revenue and margin impact.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the Pricing Capabilities roadmap for North America, prioritizing high-impact initiatives that enhance revenue and margin.
- Develop business cases and executive-ready presentations to influence senior leadership on pricing strategies.
- Integrate pricing into the revenue management framework, leveraging promotions, competitive insights, and market trends to maximize value creation.
- Translate complexity into action, breaking down large initiatives into achievable steps that deliver consistent progress.
- Collaborate across Global Functions (Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, Merchandising) and Business Units to ensure alignment and execution of pricing initiatives.
- Define and track KPIs, establish post-event analysis, and share insights to strengthen the pricing community.
- Support the team during the annual business budget planning, utilizing a data-driven approach for revenue and margin projections.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Pricing in North America, guiding tool adoption, process execution, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Champion a data-driven culture, embedding new tools, processes, and decision-making approaches into merchandising and category management.
- Collaborate with Global Merchandising Excellence to shape and integrate new tools, processes, and practices into ongoing Merchandising Analytics and Category Management training.
- Lead and coach a business analyst, providing mentorship in analytics, project delivery, and career development.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, or related field (Master's degree preferred).35 years of experience in CPG, retail merchandising, or strategy consulting.Demonstrated success working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change across the organization.Ability to deal well with ambiguity, complexity, change and pace. Comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing amongst them.Strong understanding of multi-unit retail operating models and processes for merchandising and pricing execution, to include operational support for pricing optimization activities.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong ability to synthesize and simplify complex ideas into compelling presentations.Analytical mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop strategic frameworks and executional approaches.Experience in a supervisory role, managing and developing people.Category Management and Project Management (Scrum) experience a plus.High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to travel up to 10% (including international); valid passport required.Flexibility around working hours required, working with teams across time zones.Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
