The Opportunity

We need your help to scale! As a member of Adobe’s growing FP&A Anaplan Center of Excellence team, you will play a meaningful role in crafting next-generation financial planning processes and tools for our customers. With a strong dose of data savvy and a dedication to build upon your existing Anaplan model builder abilities, you will partner across FP&A, Finance Systems, HR, and IT to craft new functionality, support end user adoption, and champion process improvements.

Who you are & what you’ll do

You thrive on a mix of technical work and collaborative problem solving. You're a strong analytical, problem solver who is versatile in working with data and logical structures. You're a self-motivated learner with a bias to transform ambiguity into a clear plan for success. You appreciate diversity and make sure your voice is heard when opinions and ideas are being shared. You’re willing to work hard and earn your way to greater opportunities.

What you’ll do :

  • Collaborate with our customers and other supporting partners to craft, implement, and support new Anaplan solutions for their business needs.
  • Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to address business requirements, translating them into practical operational solutions.
  • Drive scale by standardizing and improving methodologies across our model landscape, maintenance processes, and documentation.
  • Work closely with our partners across IT, Finance, and EX to manage upstream and downstream Anaplan data integration dependencies.
  • Act as the in-house subject matter expert (SME) for Anaplan, championing adherence to best practices in Anaplan model building and lifecycle management.

What you need to succeed

  • BS / BA with preferred focuses in areas of Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems automation at scale.
  • Demonstrable Anaplan Model Builder experience; certifications are valued.
  • Strong value placed on experiences with relational databases and working with large data structures, as well as any developer knowledge in other planning / BI reporting tools (particularly Tableau or Power BI), or database query applications such as SQL.
  • Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The pay range for this position is $90,500 $196,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
