Responsibilities of a Business Development Representative :

Assist in attracting and selecting qualified candidates, from interviewing to onboarding, and assist with the training of new staff.

Support other Business Development Representatives and senior management in performance monitoring, coaching, development, and ensuring team effectiveness across all branch roles.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the client by understanding the appropriate products and treatment methods, operating and maintaining relevant equipment, and adhering to all necessary documentation and regulatory requirements.

Analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, controlling costs, and motivating the team to drive revenue and improve performance metrics compared to previous periods through key business development strategies.

Ensure the operational readiness and upkeep of all physical assets associated with the branch, such as scheduling and overseeing repairs, routine maintenance, maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the facilities, and managing the maintenance and proper use of company vehicles and equipment.

Understand customer needs, resolving issues effectively, building positive relationships, and ensuring all branch personnel prioritize customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and positive referrals.
