Reimbursement Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Reimbursements for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate strategic reimbursement initiatives, including analysis of legislation and reimbursement impacts

Oversee complex strategic initiatives related to cost optimization and reimbursement methodologies for Medicare and Medicaid

Communicate findings and results effectively to stakeholders throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or Mathematics / Statistics, or equivalent experience

6 years of experience in the reimbursement field with expert knowledge of current rules and regulations

4 years of leadership experience, preferably with supervisory roles
