Sr Accountant

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing key general ledger accounts, performing accurate and timely reconciliations, and supporting a variety of accounting projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse balance sheet accounts spanning both assets and liabilities, while also contributing to special projects and ad-hoc initiatives that help drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned general ledger accounts, including preparation, review, and reconciliation.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes using NetSuite and FloQast to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and GAAP standards.
• Assist with preparation of external audit requests and workpapers.
• Support sales & use tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements.
• Research and apply relevant accounting guidance, documenting conclusions in a clear and organized manner.
• Participate in accounting-related projects, process enhancements, and system improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and ensure data integrity.

Pay Range : $75 - $85k
