The Material Handler performs supply stocking, supply returns and daily material functions.
Responsibilities
- Selects and delivers materials to Medical Center departments.
- Processes necessary paperwork and computer input for effective supply management.
- Removes emptied shipping and storage boxes and discards in proper location.
- Rotates inventory stock for both dated and non-dated supplies to achieve a first in / first out system.
- Other duties and / or projects as assigned.
- Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Qualifications
High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and / or GED equivalent programs.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred :
Minimum of 1 year of experience with a distribution and / or warehousing environment.
