Wholesale Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Account Manager to support our largest, high-needs wholesale customers. You will act as the internal advocate and coordinator for key accounts, partnering with Operations, Warehouse, and our production teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of high-needs B2B accounts, ensuring orders ship on time, compliant, and without chargebacks.
• Receive vendor guidelines and create clear shipping guides per customer, including routing, labeling, carton specs, and required documents.
• Build companion guides for Warehouse and for vendors that specify packaging, tags, and any customer-specific requirements.
• Set up products and UPCs in customer portals and keep data accurate.
• Prepare and send customer-required documents.
• Coordinate all sample requests end-to-end, track shipments, and confirm timely delivery.
• Monitor production and inbound timelines, escalate risks, and drive recovery plans to protect ship dates.
• Communicate professionally with sales reps and client contacts, capturing requirements and closing the loop on issues.
