This position will be based at one of our locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area and may support multiple business functions including union, non-union and global employees.
Human Resources Business Partner
Bring your experience and ideas to provide strategic and operational support in partnership with business unit leadership, plan and implement human resources initiatives designed to maximize organizational effectiveness through talent management processes and job / organization design. You'll have the opportunity to align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives and coordinate with other HR functions to execute objectives consistent with corporate business and HR strategy, policies, and practices.
