Senior Value Advisory Manager

We are seeking an experienced Value Advisor / Value Engineer who will serve as a strategic customer experience consultant. The ideal candidate brings proven, hands-on experience creating and executing digital transformation initiatives within the Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing sectors.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your industry expertise to coach internal teams while developing compelling value propositions and executive-level business cases for our customers. Success requires the ability to seamlessly blend strategic thinking with practical applicationyou must not only articulate the vision but also guide its implementation based on real-world experience.

As a Value Advisor, you will be responsible for establishing frameworks that bridge the gap between our solutions and measurable customer outcomes, while providing critical support to both customer relationships and our field teams. Key aspects of this role include translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value, mentoring cross-functional teams, and serving as a trusted advisor who can engage confidently with C-level executives about transformation strategies and ROI.
