Export Coordinator
Global logistics company is looking to hire an experienced Export Coordinator to join their team during busy season! Proficient in Gmail / Google, MS Office, data entry, any CRM and export documentation.
Strong communication needed to speak to internal and external customers, follow-up and attention to detail. 100% onsite in Elgin. Pays $23 / hr.
Job Duties :
- Assist with planning, executing, and delivering both Domestic and International orders to customers
- Ensure customer meets Ship Dates and customer monthly and quarterly shipping targets
- Utilize Systems and Data to enable exports
- Partner with Freight Forwarder to transport orders to customers
Job Requirements :
- Between 1-3 years of Export experience
- Strong communication skills, good follow-up and attention to detail
- Able to work in Google Docs, MS Office and CRM (Oracle preferred)
- Work onsite everyday
