Inside Sales Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Spearhead revenue growth initiatives in alignment with company objectives
- Provide coaching on effective questioning, active listening, and problem-solving techniques
- Educate the team on our systems, identifying efficiencies, and minimizing errors
- Track productivity metrics, ensure quality standards, and deliver constructive feedback
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for enhanced team performance
Inside Sales Supervisor Qualifications :
- Minimum of a two-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Additional education in sales, communication, marketing, or general business is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership experience in sales for at least three years
- Proficiency in CRM systems and adeptness with PC applications
