B2B Sales Representative Inspired Closets Chicago , a leader in custom closet design and home organization products, is looking for a highly motivated, Experienced B2B Sales Representative .

You must be passionate about building and maintaining relationships with builders, interior designers, architects, realtors, and other related companies that deliver products and services to Inspired Closets Chicago’s ideal clients.

In this role, you will : Identify, call on, meet with, and qualify opportunities with decision-makers to generate sales leads and increase sales revenue.

Develop new B2B sales influencer partnerships Work with leadership to develop and execute a sales strategy for Influencers Establish and maintain sales relationships with key Influencer decision-makers Develop, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads and opportunities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet client needs and specifications Conduct regular market research to identify new potential Influencers Coordinate with the installation team to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network to build Inspired Closets Chicago brand awareness Maintain active memberships in trade associations as directed by the Sales Manager Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospective clients Develop and manage a pipeline of self-generated sales leads and opportunities, utilizing CRM software and other sales tools Work closely with marketing to develop targeted marketing materials for Influencer prospecting and selling Conduct regular follow-ups with Influencers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional business Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, new products, and trends to serve clients better and stay ahead of competitors Work with showroom liaison to develop and implement monthly showroom programs and events for Influencers Build and maintain relationships with Influencers to generate ongoing sales leads Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth Prepare and present sales reports to senior management Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales or business development Proven track record of generating sales leads and closing deals with our industry Influencers Knowledge of home building industry Desired Qualifications : Past successful track record as a sales executive, business development representative, or relevant role Strong ability to build rapport quickly with new prospects over the phone, on video and in person Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Strong desire to achieve and surpass sales goals Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the construction industry and interior design trends Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce) Ability to learn custom closet design skills Ability to master our CAD software system Ability to effectively listen and elicit information Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Teams Ability to understand pricing models Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Knowledge and understanding of fast-paced, growth-minded entrepreneurial business environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex internal and external customer issues Service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability Ability and desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment Must be able to travel in company provided vehicle around the Greater Chicago area Powered by JazzHR
