Patient Support Specialist (PSS) role with Tap360 Health (formerly Heartland Health Centers). We are seeking PSSs who are passionate about healthcare work in the North Side communities we serve. PSSs are often the first impression a patient has of Tap360. Working on the front line of communications, you interact and build relationships with patients, insurance providers and medical professionals. If you are an enthusiastic, dedicated customer service professional who loves helping people, Tap360 is a great place to begin, build or cement your healthcare career.
As an integral Care Team Member, Tap360 PSSs support patient flow and administrative functions in a healthcare setting.
