2+ years of experience in training customers on software adoption or platform implementation

1 year of experience in a software-related or tech product environment

Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in tracking training progress and implementing improvement strategies

Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
