Quality Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist on a temp-to-perm basis to support our client's Quality and Engineering teams by creating, organizing, and maintaining essential documentation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data and technical information in a fast-paced environment.

Role Details

6-12 month contract role with the potential for conversion. Pay rate of 28-30 / hr Shift : 7 AM-3 PM or 8 AM-4 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain quality-related documents and records
• Enter and format data using existing templates
• Assist in organizing part numbers, submittals, and other documentation
• Work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to locate and understand required information
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all documentation
• Follow established processes and support continuous improvement of document workflows
