Job descriptionMeet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Maintain knowledge of new products. Be outstanding at relationship building. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required LICENSED CANDIDATES STARTING SALARY IS $ 3,000.00 TO $3,500.00 / MTH. NON LICENSED Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills Successful sales background Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born full time Bilingua l Insurance Sales Representative with a desire to make a difference in people???s lives. Our TOP PERFORMERS makes over $80,000+ a year! Qualifying individual with P & C licensed Base Salary starts at $3000.00 to $3500.00 / mth Plus up to 12% commission plus weekly,montly,quarterly and yearly bonus with potential to making up to $80k in the first year.
We offer $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS. Payable after 90 days Probation.
