What You'll Do : Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. Help prepare monthly reports and financial summaries. Maintain organized and accurate financial records. Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvements. Requirements What We're Looking For : 13 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning new systems. Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
