Director of FP&A

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A, Americas Hardware.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete P&Ls for the Americas region & Commercial Business, optimizing financial performance

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes for the Americas

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and present actionable recommendations to senior management monthly

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of P&L management and financial modeling

Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes

Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Adaptive Planning, Snowflake, and Tableau
