Job Summary :

Reporting to the VP of B2C Marketing, the Senior Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and driving revenue-generating marketing efforts to expand our reach within our addressable market area.

You will assist in the development of the overall channel marketing strategy, creating campaigns and tracking them to identify key learnings to engage and motivate sales of our solutions.

A good fit for this role will be someone with experience in marketing directly to consumers, who can expertly focus on measuring the impact of marketing activities.

Requirements :

Manage the implementation of the digital marketing analytics measurement strategy, including day-to-day, hands-on execution of the Google Analytics program.

Provide digital marketing analytics expertise and SQL best practices to internal business partners and external suppliers to inform strategy development and overall business decisions.

Coordinate third-party vendor programs and reporting.Coordinate all monthly reporting including the creation of visualized dashboards - including but not limited to revenue, return on investment, website performance, and email marketing.

Coordinate the use of the current CRM system and leading the team in the search for a new solution, including but not limited to requirement gathering, scoping, vendor evaluation, setup and initial management.

Assist in overseeing the execution of the email marketing strategy.Coordinate the affiliate program management, including analyzing performance, optimizing creative and identifying areas of opportunity.

Collaborate with designers, sales professionals, and managers to produce content for advertising.Assist in reputation management and user generated feedback, responding to customer complaints and managing customer ratings and feedback.

Support marketing executives in organizing various projects including those that span across multiple teams.Support the hiring, coaching, and mentoring of additional staff.

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills :

8-10 years of direct online channel marketing experience including web analytics.Direct experience with digital media performance analysis a plus.

Experience in a supervisory role preferred.Strong project management and prioritization skills, with ability to drive high-quality work.

Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint high efficiency), Google Analytics 4, Looker, PowerBI, SQL and other data visualization tools.

Extensive experience managing tags and tracking with Google Tag Manager.Strong vendor management experience.Expert experience in social mediums, email marketing, and online advertising networks.

Great interpersonal skills. A personable manner, a proclivity for team-working and adaptability.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to concept, write and proofread content.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy.High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

Pay range : 90-100k

While there is some flexibility in the hours, this position will be Monday-Friday during regular business hours (approximately 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm).

Occasional overtime may be required according to business need.
