Global Billing Operations Manager

Manage global billing operations across India, Costa Rica, the UK, and the U.S., overseeing a team of 7 associates in India and 2 in the US. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing using multiple systems including PeopleSoft and Salesforce. Responsibilities include :

Interpret contracts and billing data to generate invoices

Oversee end-to-end billing processes across all regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant invoicing

Handle recurring, tiered, and portal-based billing (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)

Manage PO tracking, invoice delivery, and scheduling

Collaborate with collections and cash applications teams

Perform variance analysis and revenue reporting

Monitor team KPIs, error rates, and request volumes

Lead month-end reporting and resolve billing discrepancies
