Senior Human Resources Business Partner
to join our Human Resources team. This role will
be responsible for
managing I-9 processing using E-Verify, ensuring HR compliance with federal and state regulations, and serving as a key point of contact for employee questions and concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering
a positive
employee experience. You will report into the SVP, Administration.
Responsibilities
Complete and maintain Form I-9 documentation for all new hires in compliance with federal regulations
Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Serve as a first point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $118,000 - $140,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company's discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
