Situated in the vibrant Entertainment District of Las Vegas, our client is seeking an innovative President with an entrepreneurial spirit and extensive experience in nightlife management.

This key leadership role will be at the forefront of launching their groundbreaking consumption lounge, a first-of-its-kind in immersive member clubs.

The vision is to establish the ultimate destination for carefree indulgence, redefining social engagement in Las Vegas, with or without cannabis.

This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in P&L ownership, strategic planning, and team leadership.

As the President, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic direction of the business, ensuring financial success, and creating an exceptional experience for clientele.

Working closely with the Founders and CEO to realize the vision of this unique venture, you will also hold a distinguished position on the Board of Directors.

Your blend of understanding both corporate and counterculture landscapes positions you perfectly to champion the brand pillars and mission.

Day to Day as President :

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business strategy in collaboration with the Founders, CEO and Board of Directors that aligns with the company's goals and vision.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to maximize revenue, manage costs, and achieve profitability.
• Collaborate closely with finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting, providing essential financial insights for strategic decision-making.
• Build and mentor a top-tier client-centric team dedicated to delivering superior member experiences.
• Implement and enhance operational processes to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streams.
• Leverage your network of celebrities and key figures in fashion and entertainment.
• Skillfully negotiate with trendy brands for partnerships and manage exclusive VIP programs.
• Create immersive and participatory experiences in line with the brand's mission and vision.

As our ideal candidate you bring :

Proven experience in an executive leadership role with P&L responsibility within the hospitality or cannabis industry.

Demonstrated strategic planning and execution ability.

• Strong network in entertainment, fashion, hospitality, and / or cannabis verticals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of effective team leadership and project execution.
• Profound understanding of customer service excellence in upscale, immersive settings.
• Superior negotiation and partnership skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Tech-savvy proficiency with the full MS Office Suite, software systems, and modern office methods and procedures.
