IT Automation Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead, Business Process Automation.

Key Responsibilities

Automate employee lifecycle processes including account provisioning and deactivation across various platforms

Design and implement cross-system workflow automations using platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Workato

Develop automated processes for security and compliance tasks, ensuring adherence to internal standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT systems, DevOps, or automation engineering

Advanced experience with identity and access management tools (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, AWS IAM)

Proficiency in workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Workato)

Experience scripting with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for automation tasks

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
