Key Responsibilities
Perform full life cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies
Build relationships with top talent and establish a pipeline of qualified candidates
Partner with leadership to design recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5-7 years of recruiting experience within the Federal contracting industry
Proven track record of success recruiting cleared technical candidates in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Thorough understanding of compliance and compensation requirements
Proven experience with sourcing, qualifying, and vetting candidates
