Bilingual Farmers Insurance Sales Producer

Farmers Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Sales Producer to join our team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing insurance solutions to our diverse client base while utilizing your language skills to bridge communication gaps.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options to meet their individual needs
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate adjustments or additions to coverage
- Process policy changes, claims, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
Requirement
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Licensed or willing to become licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (Owner will pay for the first test).
- Open to licensed and non-licensed individuals; mutual understanding that the applicant will get licensed if not already.
- Willingness to undergo a final round of interviews, including a personality assessment.
