Billing Specialist - Administrator

Job Purpose : Denova is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support our Billing Administrator team. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our billing operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and meet our high standards of accuracy and compliance.

What You Will Do :

• Assist in managing day-to-day billing operations, supporting the Billing Administrator in handling inquiries, documentation, and system updates.
• Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, providing thorough and professional assistance.
• Organize and manage incoming billing documentation, including faxes and electronic submissions.
• Contribute to billing projects, such as claims scrubbing and review, under the guidance of Accounts Receivable leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient and financial records.
