JOB OBJECTIVE

The Warehouse Associate's primary focus is to prepare items for shipment and to verify and record outgoing shipments.

JOB SUMMARY

• Managing stock and informing inventory control when inventory is off
• Pick order while ensuring accuracy
• Pack orders efficiently and to prevent damage
• Restacking and relabeling imperfect inventory
• Removing pallets and maintaining cleanliness of work area throughout shift and at the end of the shift.

Requirements

EXPECTATIONS

• High school education or equivalent
• UPS Worldwide experience a plus
• Ability to use electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts
• Must be able to read and complete basic math functions
• Must be computer literate and able to use warehouse tools such as an RF scanner
• Reliable and dependable attendance is required
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and to stand for several hours at a time
• Must be able to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb, and twist
• Ability to work in an environment with fragrance in the air and a warmer temperature
