Role Description : Point of contact for all production issues and operational support status of all global ecommerce sites including related internal and third-party applications and services that support the ecommerce platform.Should be able to perform Root cause analysis on the production job abends and provide fixes as per the SLAs.Maintain operational documentation and knowledge base to streamline incident resolution.Log and track production issues and see them through to resolution.Works with client personnel to identify required changes and Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Should have good communication skills and coordination skills to work in an on-site / off-shore model and communicate with Business users & Tech-leadsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsContinually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsWilling to work flexible hours, as needed, to hit project deadlines or address production issues Competencies : Digital : EAS : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
