Job Overview

Milestone Technologies Inc. is currently hiring for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in the Long Beach, CA area.

This role will be Fulltime 8am - 5pm PST, onsite in Long Beach.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Provide support for SAP ByDesign, Concur, and OBIEE (specifically finance reports).
• Create data dictionaries for various unique systems.
• Manage work using Jira Service Desk tickets.
• Review and update relevant documentation using Confluence.
• Review issues in monitoring dashboards.
• Comfortable navigating Windows Server Operating System, including restarting servers, services, or applications.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Experience with SAP, Concur, OBIEE, Finance Reports, Database and Ticketing tools.
• Must be a self-starter that takes initiative.
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL and Oracle database structures.
• Experience with data dictionaries and documentation in team workspace systems.
• Skilled in navigating dashboards and upgrading software following vendor-provided instructions.
• Experience with SAP.
• 5-7 years of accounting or billing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Estimated Pay Range : The estimated pay range for this position is USD $83,200 / Yr. - USD $91,707 / Yr. and is an Exempt role.

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
