Our total compensation package for our staff, on average, exceeds $50,000+ per year, with several staff members earning much more.
We share our profits with our staff by way of weekly bonuses of up to $500. We believe that because of our culture of sharing, caring, and growing, we see a very low turnover, with many of our staff having been with us for 10+ years.

- Competitive pay- we start all new recruits with no experience at an hourly rate of $15 per hour with a guaranteed $1 per hour increase after 3 months.
Continuous raises come as you grow and become more valuable to our team, with many team members earning $20+ an hour.
Weekly bonuses- we give weekly bonuses from $100 to $500 based on quotas and profitability which can equal an additional $2.
50 to $12.50 per hour to your hourly pay.
- Up to 4 weeks paid vacation :
- 1 year 1 week vacation.
- 2 years 2 weeks’ vacation.
- 3 years 3 weeks’ vacation.
- 10 years 4 weeks’ vacation.
- Company-matched retirement- we match up to 3% of your yearly compensation that goes into your retirement account.
- Health benefits- we offer health, dental, and vision insurance.
- Paid holidays- we take the following holidays off and pay you for them after 3 months of employment :
- Memorial day.
- 4th of July.
- Labor day.
- Thanksgiving.
- Christmas.
- New years day.
- No mandatory overtime- Although we do allow overtime for some positions - which is paid at time and a half we do not require it.
- No nights, no weekends- We work a strict schedule from Monday Friday, from 7 am- 3 : 30 pm. This allows our staff to have balance in their lives and to spend their nights and weekends with their families.
