Position Summary :
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives in a manufacturing or food and beverage environment. This role ensures efficient management of executive schedules, communications, and key projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and track action items, follow-ups, and key projects across departments.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and departmental communications.
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely distribution of materials.
- Organize events, board meetings, and other executive-level functions as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and communications.
- Assist with special projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or similar industrial environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professional demeanor.Familiarity with manufacturing operations, plant environments, or supply chain processes is a plus.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
