Maintenance Technician
SEEKING MAINTENANCE (FULL TIME) - SAN DIEGO
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with fulfilling service requests, assisting with building repairs and cleaning projects, cleaning property and bathrooms, trash enclosures, stucco, power wash, drywall experience, electrical experience and quickly responding to property emergencies.
The Maintenance Technician must always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor. Large Association consists of 37 building.

Must own work truck with current insurance. Provide current Drivers License at Interview.
