Key Responsibilities
Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to verify provider details and gather operational information
Follow structured workflows to collect required data and schedule follow-up calls as needed
Enter accurate notes into the CRM and maintain data accuracy across all interactions
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a call center, healthcare operations, customer support, or similar role
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and repetitive workflows
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to follow scripts and structured processes while engaging naturally
Experience in healthcare organizations or related fields is a plus but not required
