This job has the goal of providing the opportunity to acquire practical experience through direct exposure to the related business line(s) and to develop the next generation of diverse business professionals. The Management Intern will work with the Director of Analytic Enablement to support strategic initiatives across AI, analytics, and operational transformation. This role offers hands-on exposure to the intersection of business strategy, data science, and technology enablement.
The intern will assist in project management, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and process optimization across multiple analytic workstreamssuch as NLP-driven decision tools, payment integrity automation, and GenAI enablement. This position is ideal for a motivated individual aspiring to learn how large-scale analytics and AI solutions deliver measurable impact in healthcare operations.

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidates qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
