Resource Innovations is looking for an experienced Sr. Associate to join our expanding team in Illinois. As a SR. Associate at Resource Innovations, you will provide important support to our growing Residential Program team based in Illinois.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Program Managers in project development, tracking and analysis, and management of efficiency projects.
  • Edit and format program documents and reports for grammar, typographical errors, and professional presentation.
  • Monitor, organize, analyze, and share program data to inform team decisions and client deliverables.
  • Seek review and / or feedback prior to external communications or submission of deliverables.
  • Identify and escalate issues as appropriate, and recommend strategies to address issues.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project teams.
  • Function as a cooperative and cohesive member of project teams.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to play a variety of roles (e.g., administrative, quality assurance, research, writing) as required to achieve project / task success.
  • Represent Resource Innovations in a professional manner at customer meetings, trade shows, and community events with senior staff.
  • Complete assignments on schedule and within the allotted budget or hours.
  • Successfully and independently track and performs small tasks within a project or program.
  • Track multiple task or project deadlines and alerts manager in advance of conflicts.
  • Bring a positive, action-oriented attitude to the work place.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. mandatory - energy, environment, public policy, or technical field desired .
  • 3+ years work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude.
  • Superior organization and time management skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service and the ability to address customer issues / concerns.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of team members and dynamic project demands.
  • Interest or experience in a field related to energy or sustainability.
  • Experience troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and communicate plans for improvement.
  • Ability to evaluate, diagnose and correct data discrepancies.
  • Ability to understand and appropriately apply technical information.
