Job Summary and Qualifications

As a CV Tech Lead you will assist in development of unit goals, objectives, budget and standards while determining unit assignments, team scheduling for shifts and call, as well as identifying and supporting specific individual / professional needs of staff.

You will plan for adequate resources based on workload and extraneous activities.

Assist in the development / review / revision and monitoring of unit quality assurance plan.

Serve as liaison with medical team, maintaining rapport and positive working relationship, ensuring physician satisfaction and needs are appropriately addressed.

You will participate in orientation of new employees, student, and volunteers.

Assure completion and accuracy of payroll activities.

You would assist in performance evaluations on team members.

Performs counseling activities as necessary and intervening to resolve conflict or potential conflict on the unit.

Determine appropriate PAR levels of supplies on unit.

Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Science.

At least three years’ recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech.

Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS).

Basic Life Support Certification.

At least one year in a leadership role preferred.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and / or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
