Job Title : Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location : Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid Schedule)
Pay Range : $25–$33 / hr
Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle AR experience , a strong understanding of credit management , and the confidence to handle collections when necessary. This role offers a hybrid schedule and an opportunity to grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment application, and account reconciliation.
Monitor and analyze customer credit limits; assist with credit approvals and adjustments.
Perform collections activities to ensure timely payment and resolve outstanding balances.
Prepare and maintain accurate AR reports and aging schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support month-end close.
Utilize ERP systems for AR processing and reporting; SAP experience strongly preferred .
Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle AR experience , including credit and collections.
Strong understanding of credit management principles.
Proficiency in ERP systems ; SAP experience highly desirable .
Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Schedule & Work Type
Hybrid : Combination of onsite and remote work in Minneapolis.
Temp-to-Hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.
