As a Veteran Services Support Technician (VSST), youll play a vital role in ensuring Veterans receive the medical equipment and support they needranging from hearing aids and prosthetic items to telehealth devices.

What Youll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for Veterans and clinicians placing orders for essential medical equipment.
• Process orders via phone, email, fax, and mail using specialized VA systems like ROES and VistA.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance and resolve inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Guide clinicians through technical ordering procedures and troubleshoot database issues.
• Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Operate standard office equipment and perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
