Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative architectural design solutions
• Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings
• Conduct site visits and surveys to ensure accuracy and feasibility of design plans
• Assist in the development of construction documents and specifications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate design standards

Essential Job Functions :

• Create compelling architectural designs that marry form and function in harmony
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements
• Utilize software tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit, to produce accurate design documentation
• Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic work environment by sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback
• Manage project timelines and meet tight deadlines with grace and composure

Skills :

• 10+ years of experience in architectural design, showcasing a diverse portfolio of successful projects
• Proficiency in software applications such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and architectural standards
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members
• A sense of humor and the ability to appreciate a well-crafted pun (bonus points for a UX Design joke!)
